Turn-Key Filtration Pump System
Key Features
- Compact, self-contained filtration system
- True turn-key skid-mounted design
- Custom designs available to fit your needs
Overview
A single skid-mounted system integrating a centrifugal pump and filter housing. Factory assembled and tested for turn-key installation, available with an LP Series multi-bag filter or a 98 Series automatic strainer.
How It Works
This single skid-mounted system integrates a centrifugal end-suction pump and a filter housing. The pump draws liquid from below-grade or gravity-fed sources and delivers it through either a bag filter housing or an automatic strainer for inline solids removal.
A control panel monitors differential pressure (dP) across the system. When the preset limit is reached:
Bag filter system: the pump shuts down, and the panel indicates that the filter elements require replacement.
Automatic strainer system: a self-cleaning cycle is initiated to remove accumulated solids and maintain continuous operation.
Applications
- •Industrial manufacturing
- •Cooling tower systems
- •Industrial fluid conditioning
- •Process water filtration
- •Well / surface water
- •Pre-filtration for RO systems
- •Steel mills & foundries, quench water filtration
- •Produced water & salt water disposal (SWD)
- •Pulp & paper
- •Chemical process screening
- •Industrial waste water treatment
- •Solid-liquid separation in mining and mineral processing operations
Features
- •True Turn-key Skid-mounted System - The system combines a centrifugal end-suction pump, filtration housing, and control panel into a compact skid-mounted package that is fully assembled and tested prior to shipment. This reduces onsite installation time, simplifies commissioning, and ensures reliable turn-key operation.
- •Heavy Duty Skid & Operator Platform - All systems are self contained on a heavy duty steel skid for ease of transportation and installation. When necessary we include an operator platform for safe and ergonomic operation.
- •Automated Differential Pressure Monitoring - The control panel continuously monitors differential pressure (dP) to optimize filtration performance. Bag filter models shut down the pump at the preset limit, while automatic strainers initiate self-cleaning to reduce maintenance and maintain uptime.
- •Custom Engineered Configurations - Systems can be customized to meet specific application requirements including flow rate, pressure rating, filtration level, material construction, controls, skid layout, and instrumentation for seamless integration into existing process systems.
