The role of liquid separators is crucial to a wide variety of industries where having water within the fluid stream is unnacceptable.  Liquid separator systems remove water and contaminants from a diesel or other fuel stream where it can compromise equipment and create premature wear and tear as well as disrupt production.  Our separator systems remove water from fuels prior to entering the second stage polishing and removes solid particulate by the end of the polishing stage.

VF Series Housings

VF Multi-Round Series

  • Vertical oil filter, ASME "U" and "UM" code housings. 
  • Accepts multiple 300, 400, 600 and 700 series oil filters. 
  • Multiple stacks acceptable.
  • Housings rated for 150 PSIG (10.3 bar) @ 250°F(121.1°C) design pressure.
  • Housings available in carbon steel, stainless steel 304 or stainless steel 316.
  • Standard housing is carbon steel with external paint.
  • Swing bolt closure allows for quick element change out.
  • Housing accepts industry standard pleated or depth type cartridges.

  • Accepts single 600 and 700 series oil filters. 
  • Multiple stacks acceptable.

  • Housings available in carbon steel, stainless steel 304 or stainless steel 316.
  • Standard housing is carbon steel with external paint.

VC Series Housings

VC Series

  • Vertical oil filter ASME "U" code housings.
  • Vessels designed to ASME Section VIII Division 1.
  • Accepts multiple CC series oil filters.
  • Multiple stacks are acceptable.
  • Used for amine, glycol, lube oil and waste water purification.
  • 150 psig (10.3 bar) @ 250°F(121.1°C) operating pressure.
  • Design pressure up to 1440 PSIG available and design temperature available up to 300°F.
  • Carbon steel vessels are standard (SS304 & SS316 available)
  • Swing bolt closure allows for quick element change out
  • Custom designs available (high temp., high pressure, larger flow rates)

TV Series

Used to help push fluid towards a specific location, the TV transfer valves make it easy by using a stainless steel internal shaft and operating system with a low torque operating handle. Suitable for pressure ratings up to 1500 PSI and a no leak shoe seal elminate the risk of leaking or bursting under high differential pressures. Available in carbon steel, stainless 304 and 316.

Tool-less quick open and closure assemblies give the ease of opening the most difficult of housings in a single pull and can be opened in a matter of seconds. With a standard pressure warning screw, any housing under high pressure will eliminate the risk of accidents on site, keeping production steady.
