High Purity Cartridge Filter Housings

 High Purity Cartridge Filter Housings Fil-Trek's high purity cartridge filters provide the same, effective filtration while meeting strict standards of sanitary/high purity requirements. Sanitary housings are made with stainless steel 316 and all bolting, legs and internals are stainless steel 316.  Housings can be electropolished to meet up to 32Ra specifications and crevice free welding can be used wherever required.

 ESN Series
  • Sanitary filter housings
  • Accepts single and multiple 10", 20", 30" or 40" cartridges (2 3/4" diameter).
  • 150 psig (10.3 bar) @250°F (121.1°C) operating pressure standard.
  • Standard vessels available in 316.
  • Housings accept 222 & 226 cartridge end cap connections.
  • Swing bolt closure allows for quick element change out.
  • Bolting material is stainless steel.
  • Electropolished internal & external surfaces (internal 25Ra).



SSI Series
 SSI Series
  • Single round inline sanitary filter housing.
  • Accepts single 10", 20", 30" or 40" cartridges (2 3/4" diameter).
  • 300 psig (20.6 bar) @ 250°F(121.1°C) operating pressure.
  • Vessels available in stainless steel 316.
  • Housings accept single open end 222 & 226 cartridges.
  • Heavy-duty stainless steel sanitary clamp closure.
  • Wetted surfaces are standard 25Ra and non-wetted are 32Ra.
  • SSI housings are completed with an electropolished finish.



 HPI Series HPI Series
  • High purity industrial crevice free ASME "U" code housings.
  • Accepts multiple 30" or 40" cartridges (2 1/2", 2 3/4" & 2 7/8" OD)
  • 150 psig (10.3 bar) @250°F (121.1°C) operating pressure.
  • Vessels available in stainless steel 304 or 316.
  • Housings accept both single and double open end cartridges.
  • Swing bolt closure allows for quick element change out.
  • Housings standard with leg caps & crevice free welds.
